Jason Cook : The End, part 1

"An immaculate show from a hugely accomplished and wonderfully warm-hearted
stand-up. This truly is a master class in how comedy should be done"
Tim Arthur, Time Out

Award winning and critically acclaimed comic Jason Cook returns to the Edinburgh Fringe and The
Stand with his brand new show The End (Part 1).

Jason is known for his dark razor sharp wit mixed with a healthy amount of heartwarming silliness and
buffoonery. This year he’s asking if you are happy in your life? Truly happy? And what happens at “the
End”? This year for a change, it’s a show of two parts; part two will be performed at next year’s fringe.

Carey Marx : Scoundrel

"Rambling and mischievous, he's a bit like Peter Pan's evil twin"
New Zealand Herald.

Carey Marx is a scoundrel, a rascal and very occasionally a rogue. But he is never a fraud. Well, not anymore.

Carey was a medium, an above average medium! His methods consisted of lying. It’s not like anyone can check with their dead dad. Yes, it's so easy to speak on behalf of dead people. Just ask your grandmother.
She agrees. Oh, and she loves you, by the way.

Toby Hadoke : Now I Know My BBC

An affectionate and stroppy love letter to his favourite Auntie from the passionately squared eyed comedian whose previous show “Moths Ate My Doctor Who Scarf” received 100% 5 star reviews (Ed Fringe 2007), toured the UK and internationally, had a West End run, and spawned a Sony nominated radio series. Tickets now available here.

Toby Hadoke : Moths Ate My Doctor Who Scarf (1 night only)

"A must see well conceived and worryingly accurate"
Edinburgh Evening News.

“An engagingly nerdy confessional. The sentimental ending adds welcome heart and depth. Like a theatrical Tardis, this compact show is much bigger on the inside.” - Bruce Dessau, Evening Standard

“Refreshingly unrepentant, with an affecting ending – Hadoke structures his show well, mixes righteous rage with self-deprecation, genuine diary entries with some deft one-liners.” – The Times

“Perfectly paced – Hadoke’s nerdy knack for retaining arcane trivia provides the biggest, guiltiest laughs. It’s hard not to be swept up by the likeable Hadoke and his sincere hymn of praise.” – Sharon Lougher, London Metro

“Part memoir, part tribute, part stand up – always riotously funny and sometimes genuinely moving” - Time Out, Critic’s Choice
