Robert White is the only gay, Aspergic, quarter-Welsh comic on the British comedy circuit. Known for his brilliant timing and performance style, Robert’s chaotic stage presence, improvisational skills and delivery won him the Malcolm Hardee Award for Comic Originality and one of Dave’s Top Ten Jokes of The Fringe, in 2010.

He is arguably best known for coming second in ITV highest rated show, Britain's Got Talent, in 2018

The quirky comic sailed through his first audition, after his offbeat humour and fantastically rude song about the judges brought a standing ovation. Despite the barbs, they all loved it and unanimously voted him through to the next stage. However Robert stepped it up a notch in his semi-final performance – poking fun at himself and his sexuality before performing an even ruder song about the panel.

His performances throughout were typically chaotic, but hilarious. Robert’s incredible stage presence and fast-paced comedy routines won over the judges and voting public, at every stage of the show, and he came a worthy second to fellow Gag Reflex client, Lost Voice Guy

"You are so funny.. theres a real chance you could win this - even at our expense! You're very unique, you're very quirky, very funny, very naughty, Robert, which we like! You are bloody hilarious"
– Simon Cowell

"You are such a funny man. I don't think Ive laughed so much for years and years and years! You're a beautiful soul. Comedy flows from you like water"
– David Walliams

"surprisingly original, and funny.. exactly the sort of act who should win Britain’s Got Talent."
– The Daily Mail

Since he first came onto the stand-up scene as a finalist in the prestigious Hackney Empire Competition, Robert has gone from strength to strength.

He is now a sought-after act who regularly performs across the country and internationally. His off the wall jokes, improvisatory songs, barely-believable stories and interactive music stand him far apart from the usual comedy available nationwide.

"If you want to see something brilliant, confusing and strange, you couldn’t do much better "
– The Scotsman

"Jaw-dropping riot"
– The List

– Attitude

A regular at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe since 2010, his shows regularly impress critics and audiences alike. Robert brought his brilliant comedy-opera InstruMENTAL to Edinburgh in 2017, astounding audiences with the show's hilarious lyricism and musical ingenuity. Due to huge demand to return after the BGT finals in 2018, he performed for just three nights in Edinburgh with his show 'Robert White and his Particularly Silly Organ' at the Pleasance.

Performers with Asperger’s are often looked at with a strange sense of admiration, as they tend to follow what they are passionate about with a laser-sharp focus. They will do whatever it takes to become successes in their own right, to the point where it becomes an obsession. White has leapt into the limelight with his autism front and centre of the discussion. His success dispels the popular misconceptions surrounding people with Asperger’s as being antisocial, or total introverts.

Robert is a great addition in an after dinner spot, or at a private event - his light hearted performances of comedy and song, where he plays the piano, always go down well, however it’s well worth bearing in mind he is definitely cheeky and much naughtier than on pre-watershed television.

Robert is now bringing all that fun you saw on the TV, live across the country, on his debut UK tour 'The Tank Top Tour'. With a suitcase full of his trademark vests, Robert is travelling the UK with his unique, musical stand-up to 31 venues between February and April 2019. Tickets are available here
